Technical Lead – London – Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Technical Lead to work for a global organisation based in London. This organisation is undergoing a tech-fuelled transformation through digital disruption and the Technical lead will be a key member of the product team accountable for technical aspects of a service/product delivery.

To apply for the Technical Lead you must have experience;

  • As a technical leader for a team/department
  • Working hands-on as a Software Engineer in an Agile environment and developing distributable solutions
  • Mentoring and supporting peers and engineering teams
  • With System design, data structures, and algorithms and understand how to apply them to design pragmatic solutions
  • You are experienced in building or transforming an engineering practice in at least one previous organisation by embracing continuous integration, DevOps and similar methods and practices.
  • You care about quality, and you know what it means to ship high-quality code
  • You have experience in identifying, debugging and resolving complex production issues
  • You are confident to make your own decisions and act on them but humble enough to accept what you don’t know and ready to learn and adapt if we identify a better way forward
