Project Coordinator: As a Digitally orientated company we are seeking a Project Coordinator to working across our digital and marketing teams, acting as the 1st line response, taking internal digital development and support requests and supporting our Head of Digital & IT  Development delivering our development roadmap.

  • Ability to work on own Initiative and manage own time.
  • Good working knowledge of how to use and set-up Gant charts and use of JIRA or similar project management tools
  • Effective management of JIRA boards and swim lanes to ensure tasks progress to time
  • Timely response to internal and external issues and technical requests
  • Accurate capture of project schedules, documentation and upkeep of timings plans
  • Accurate project time reporting and reconciliation of time reports and budgets


Key Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:

  • Set-up maintain project documentation (Briefs, SoW, and FRS)
  • Manage individual project timings, assigning tasks and controlling schedules
  • Hold and lead project status calls with internal stakeholders and third parties
  • Communicate the project’s progress to team members and other stakeholders
  • Organise and coordinate technical implementation work with external sub-contractors
  • Coordinate resources in line with project plan to meet project requirements
  • Manage and prioritise tasks through JIRA boards
  • Resolve internal stakeholder software platform issues & queries with third party development teams
  • Build strong working relationships with 3rd party technology suppliers
  • Manage project time reporting, issue supplier PO’s and reconcile supplier invoices/ budgets
  • Support with user acceptance testing across key development projects
