HRIS Systems Analyst: As a global corporate, we are seeking a HRIS Systems Analyst to support our global HR tool, SAP SuccessFactors, working alongside a 3rd party SI support partner.  Working remotely, this position will be responsible for managing the configuration, maintenance, operation and ongoing administration of the SuccessFactors system globally.


The responsibilities for the HRIS Systems Analyst are:

  • Provide leadership, strategic direction and guidance across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape
  • Shape the SuccessFactors HR roadmap
  • Assist in change management and control processes
  • Participate in half-yearly SuccessFactors release activities
  • Work alongside 3rd party support partner, reviewing functionality and identifying enhancements
  • Oversee and escalate issues/incidents to ensure successful resolution to agreed SLA
  • Undertake configuration changes across the SuccessFactors module suite
  • Provide end user support and coaching
  • Support routine system activities including, role-based permissions, system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of the system, data imports, reporting


The key skills for the HRIS Systems Analyst are:

  • Advanced level SAP SuccessFactors support experience for a global corporate
  • Multiple SuccessFactors modules experience, ideally Recruitment Marketing and Onboarding modules
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and the wider SAP landscape
  • Strong background in supporting HRIS solutions
  • Broad understanding of end-to-end HR processes
  • In depth knowledge of development and change management lifecycles
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to see the wider picture, identify the root causes and recommend actions
  • Quality-oriented with a keen eye towards attention to detail
  • Highly organised, ability to work efficiently, both independently and in a team
  • Ability to adapt pace of delivery to meet business requirements
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
