This is a fantastic opportunity to help a Global Sports organisation create a Service Management Capability from Scratch. They need to renegotiate their current contracts with their third parties and vendors to ensure their operations are fully up and running 24/7.

This role will be a split between Kent & Central London, the client is a global company and their operations also run on some weekends. The right candidate will start to build the operations to support these weekends and be involved in the recruitment to build up the team. You will have to know how digital works, how to navigate with the tools that most digital people have. ITIL Qualified is a essential
Responsibilities: 
Renegotiate Contracts
Plans, directs and co-ordinates the efforts to manage third parties effectively so that they are used efficiently to deliver an optimised service to customers
10 weekends per year Operational Support

Skills/Experience Needed
Digital experience in a complex digital Eco system with multiple vendors is essential
