Business Development Manager: Due to our continued investment and growth plans, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Based from our offices in Farnham Common at least 3 days per week and will be integral to the overall success of the Division.
We support our clients with hard-to-find talent, and facilitates skilled professionals securing new opportunities, providing specialist recruitment solutions in niche and innovative technology, both Contract and Permanent. Our varied and long-standing client and candidate relationships of bear testament to successful delivery, adding value at every stage, integrating with and adding commercial benefit to the businesses of clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities for the Business Development Manager are:
• Source and engage with potential customers in line with the business plans
• Act as a conduit between clients, potential clients and the business
• Negotiate terms which are aligned with both business and customer needs
• Monitor and investigate market intelligence to ensure we remain competitive
• Effectively create, build and manage and maintain strong customer relationships
• Generate new business through various streams including client meetings (face-to-face and via Zoom/ MS Teams0
• Be target driven/ orientated.
