A leading enterprise security integrator is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of selling large, complex solutions within the integrated security industry.

About the role:

  • Introduce new customers into the business and have the capability to be self-sufficient
  • Visit customer sites to carry out project surveys and interpret client requirements correctly
  • Produce customer quotations and pricing documents in line with the company standards
  • Follow up on quoted works with a view to close
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships and accounts
  • Establish relationships with new clients
  • Assist the estimating team on bids for new project work
  • Prepare reports for the sales management team
  • Meet and exceed regular sales targets
  • Update sales forecasts regularly and accurately
  • Record and maintain client contact data
  • Co-ordinate sale to project workflow
  • Provide updates to customers on new technologies
  • Support Finance, Service and Project departments and communicate to manage client expectations
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturers for quotations and project support

About you:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience selling intruder alarm, CCTV, Access Control and integrated systems (Lenel, C-Cure, Gallagher, Milestone, Genetec and Avigilon)
