A leading enterprise security integrator is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of selling large, complex solutions within the integrated security industry.
About the role:
- Introduce new customers into the business and have the capability to be self-sufficient
- Visit customer sites to carry out project surveys and interpret client requirements correctly
- Produce customer quotations and pricing documents in line with the company standards
- Follow up on quoted works with a view to close
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships and accounts
- Establish relationships with new clients
- Assist the estimating team on bids for new project work
- Prepare reports for the sales management team
- Meet and exceed regular sales targets
- Update sales forecasts regularly and accurately
- Record and maintain client contact data
- Co-ordinate sale to project workflow
- Provide updates to customers on new technologies
- Support Finance, Service and Project departments and communicate to manage client expectations
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers for quotations and project support
About you:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience selling intruder alarm, CCTV, Access Control and integrated systems (Lenel, C-Cure, Gallagher, Milestone, Genetec and Avigilon)
