Brightred Apprenticeship Scheme
If you’ve completed your A’ Levels and are looking for a role that will allow you to earn money whilst continuing with your education then look no further. Our Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship Programme, based in South Buckinghamshire, has been designed with bright, motivated and ambitious individuals like you in mind.
This 12 month programme will give you the opportunity to work within one of our functional teams, contributing to the success of the business from day one and learning on the job, as well as continuing with your education.
You will be expected to participate in attend training one day a week and by the end of the programme will have attained all of the necessary skills and experience to become a successful Recruitment Consultant with unlimited earning potential.
We also provide a range of opportunities for in-house learning from leadership development, community challenges and more.
Application Criteria
To join us on this exciting journey, you will ideally have achieved GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above and 3 A’ levels.
