Apprenticeship Scheme
We are aware that the job market is extremely competitive and that it can be extremely tough to enter the recruitment industry, especially for those without a degree or industry experience. Brightred has partnered with Key Training to establish the Brightred Apprenticeship Scheme.

We will enable you to enter the recruitment industry whilst learning all of the necessary skills and gaining valuable experience…and being paid a competitive salary and benefits.
