Zohra’s Interview
A first interview is often a nail-biting experience, but Zohra soon overcame her nervousness, as Michael Allen, Brightred’s MD, quickly put her at her ease, by encouraging her to talk about herself, her background and her work experience. Zohra’s immediate relationship with the team also encouraged her to grow as a person. “I can’t stress how much I have changed” she explained, “the team dynamic is so strong, with everyone pulling together, and with a great boss at the helm it has definitely raised the levels of my confidence and more importantly, skills, way beyond my expectations”. Harry’s Experience
