"The project was initiated in February 2000, with analysis, project scope, and definition. Over this period, the majority of the work was carried out by the US based personnel to certain technical standards for the design phase of the project.

In April 2002, we required a large number of personnel. Construction and commissioning for all electrical and instrumentation work was not ready to be installed. Brightred Resourcing Limited was contacted to resource and manage all of the personnel for this important phase of the project.

Initially, the Contract Administrator, Engineering Administrator, Construction Manager, and the Commissioning Manager were resourced, followed by a team of electrical engineers. These people were all required to have experience of working in a high voltage Hydro-Power plant, of working in difficult climate conditions, and to be able to work in a politically difficult situation.

Brightred Resourcing Limited was able to resource all of these individuals (38 in total) with great efficiency. The CVs were of a high quality, the speed of response was excellent, and the level of service was higher than ever previously experienced.

Brightred Resourcing Limited also provided an administrator on-site free of charge to assist with CVs, interviews, organising flights and accommodation, visas, etc. The on-site representative basically deals with all potential problems and issues that arise or have arisen out of working in a difficult environment. It enables us to get on with our jobs, rather than worrying about personnel and staffing issues which can distract us from doing these jobs.
